13th Annual Home Buyer’s Fair 2007 at the University of South Florida’s Sun Dome
Credit Unions across Tampa Bay have joined to have 13th annual home buyers fair and seminar at the USF Sun Dome on Saturday, May 12th. This is going to be a 4 hour seminar and fair presented by the Tampa Chapter of the Florida Credit Union League. The fairs aims to to give home buyers essential information on deciding on what home to buy, where to buy a home, and many other things that go into the process of purchasing a home. This year’s home buyers fair should prove very timely because we are now in what many experts call a buyer’s market.
There are plenty of homes for sale and many eager home owners and builders willing to provide incentives to buy. “I am starting to se sellers offering more incentives to buyers” said Carlos Fuentes, president of the Greater Tampa Association of Realtors, Inc. He also said “Over the last several years the sellers have had the upper hand in negotiations, but now you’re starting to see sellers offer extended home warranties, appliances and other extras to close the sale.”
